Position: Senior Investment Analyst (Buy-Side)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $125/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Develop detailed investment theses across equities or asset classes.
- Perform advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Critically assess AI-generated research outputs and recommendations.
- Identify gaps in reasoning, assumptions, and risk evaluation.
- Contribute to building high-quality training datasets for financial AI models.
- Mentor junior contributors and provide domain expertise.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4–8 years of experience in equity research, hedge funds, or asset management.
- Strong track record of fundamental analysis and idea generation.
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex investment views.
- Experience covering specific sectors is a plus.
Preferred
- CFA charter-holder or MBA.
- Experience with alternative data or systematic strategies.
- Prior exposure to AI/ML in finance.
